Sierra is passionate about working collaboratively with families to establish goals, educate, and individualize treatment to ensure the delivery of effective client-centered therapy. Sierra completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2019, and is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Sierra’s practice has focused on the assessment and treatment of children with difficulties with handwriting, fine motor, feeding/picky eating, executive functioning, sensory integration, self-regulation, and social skills in schools and community settings. With a background in Psychology, Sierra was inspired to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy after extensive volunteering and working with children and youth with complex, physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. In her spare time, Sierra enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and training in Muay Thai.
Nora is a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist who believes in the power of collaboration, person-centered care, and a strengths-based approach. She recently completed her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at McMaster University. Prior to OT school, Nora worked extensively with children through amateur sports, and summer camps. She has run a camp exclusively for children with social skills delays, where she brought her passion for helping these children shine! Nora is excited to be serving local Toronto children and families as part of the CATS team.
